Do you photograph weddings yourself?

Yes. Every wedding is personally photographed by me. You are not being passed along to an associate photographer, a larger studio team, or someone you have never spoken with before your wedding day.

I believe the experience should feel personal from the beginning. From our first conversation to the final gallery, your wedding is handled with care, intention, and consistency.

Do we need a second Photographer?

NO. One experienced photographer can often create a calmer, more natural wedding day experience. It keeps the energy quiet, personal, and less crowded, while allowing your final gallery to feel consistent in style, direction, and storytelling.

A second photographer can absolutely be added if your timeline would benefit from additional coverage. I am happy to create a custom quote based on the number of hours, locations, and overall flow of your wedding day.

 How would you describe your photography style?

My style is natural, timeless, romantic and editorial. I love to focus on real moments, genuine non rehearsed connections and romantic golden light.

I photograph weddings as they truly feel, with calm direction when needed and a documentary eye for the in between moments. Your photos will reflect the light, atmosphere, emotion, and setting of your day, not a forced trend or someone else’s wedding. 

What is included in the wedding photography collections?

Wedding photography collections include coverage based on your selected package, a full collection of edited high resolution JPEG images, colour and black and white final images, a private online gallery, digital download / USB and print release.

Each gallery is personally culled and hand edited by me in a timeless, natural style. Wedding collections also include timeline guidance and a calm, experienced approach throughout the planning process.

 How many photos will we receive?

The number of images depends on the collection you choose.

The Featured 8 Hour Digital Collection includes 400 edited digital images. All other wedding photography collections include the full collection, which means every strong image I capture is thoughtfully edited and included in your final gallery.

Your gallery is carefully curated, not filled with unnecessary repetition. I include the images that help tell the story of your day with meaning, variety, and intention, while removing duplicates, test shots, and images that do not meet the final quality of the collection.

As a general guide, many wedding galleries average around 50 final images per hour of coverage, though full story collections often include more. There is no strict limit on the full collections. Each image is carefully considered so you receive a complete, polished gallery with the freedom to choose your own favourites, print what you love, and keep the full story.

Do we receive the RAW files?

No, RAW files are not included.

RAW files are unfinished working files and do not reflect the final artistic style, colour, tone, or quality of the completed gallery. Part of my work is protecting the creative integrity of the images so your final collection feels polished, consistent, and true the quality and tone of my photography style.

Can we print and share our photos?

Yes. Your wedding gallery includes a print release, which allows you to print, download, share, and enjoy your images with family and friends.

I simply ask that the final images are not re edited, filtered, or altered. You will not need to edit them. Your gallery will be delivered beautifully finished and ready to enjoy.

Do you have liability insurance ? 

Yes. I have liability insurance and can provide documentation when required by your venue. I am also happy to sign a standard venue waiver when needed.

Do you have  backup equipment?

Do you bring backup equipment and how are our images protected?

Yes. I arrive prepared with professional backup equipment. I always shoot a two camera system that I actively shoot with and a third camera as an additional backup.

I also bring multiple batteries, lens, memory cards and small off camera flash so the day is well supported from a technical side and in different lighting scenarios.

While photographing, I use dual card recording, which means the images are written to two memory cards at the same time for added security. After the wedding, files are backed up to two separate hard drives, and the original cards are kept until the collection is fully finished and delivered.

How long does wedding editing take?

Wedding galleries are typically delivered within 6 to 12 weeks.

Editing is one of the largest and most important parts of the wedding photography process. Each gallery is carefully reviewed and edited by me, not outsourced and not completed through AI.

Your final images are colour corrected and edited in a timeless, natural style. My approach is soft and refined, keeping the images true to real life while gently enhancing the light, tone, and overall feeling of the day.

Final images are delivered as high resolution JPEG files in colour and black and white.

Do you offer a sneak peek?

Rather than sending a small sneak peek of only a few images, I send a sample gallery within the first two weeks after your wedding day.

Your sample gallery includes 100 edited images delivered through a private digital gallery link sent directly to your email.

You are welcome to download, print, and share these images with family and friends. Many couples also use their sample gallery for thank you cards, social sharing, and enjoying a more complete first look at the feeling of the day.

It is more than a sneak peek. It is a thoughtful early collection that gives you a beautiful sense of your wedding story while your full gallery is being completed.

Can we add an extra hour of coverage?

Yes. Additional wedding day coverage can be added at $375 plus HST per hour.

This can be helpful if your timeline changes, if you would like more reception coverage, or if you simply want a little more breathing room built into the day.

How does the deposit and payment work?

A $400 non refundable deposit is required to officially reserve your wedding date.

Once the deposit is received and your booking is confirmed, your date is held for you and no longer offered to other couples.

The final payment is invoiced one month before your wedding date.
