I offer location suggestions for your family photography session and will encourage optimal timing for lighting. We love working with families that enjoy natural and candid family photography. With just the right amount of directions and guidance you won't be overwhelmed. For some energetic children, especially young toddlers staying still and in one place can be a real challenge.  I find taking a more casual and candid approach, being silly and interacting with each other the best way to achieve great family photos.

Family photography should be fun, especially when your trying to capture real smiles. I take an easy going approach to natural lifestyle family photography and I want my families to feel at ease. I love creating candid opportunities for families and love getting the beautiful reactions when parents make their children laugh and smile. The candid moments and the portraits are a nice blend of photos to frame and share with the Grandmas we love so much but also ones that really make you feel like your cutting onions. Those ones are my favourite and I know personally you will appreciate them more than any others when your baby is grown.
